Afolabi Aiyedun

Ministerial Positions:  Afolabi is the General Secretary of the Cherubim & Seraphim Movement Church, USA Zone for over 20 years. As a great administrator, he was ordained by our Spiritual Father as a Special Apostle in November of 2008 at Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He was the English Service Pastor in the Fountain of Life Ministries of the Cherubim & Seraphim Pentecostal Church in Brooklyn from January 2010 till December 2013. Presently he is the Pastor-In Charge of the Cherubim & Seraphim Movement Church, Staten Island Branch.

Afolabi is married since August 1978 with 4 children.  He is full of passion for evangelical missions and community services. As part of his services to God, he is the General Secretary for the Council of all Cherubim & Seraphim Churches in the USA from 2001 till the present date.

Education: He started his early education at Ibadan, Nigeria and later went to Owo Technical Trade School for auto mechanic training. He left Nigeria for England in 1976 for Automotive Engineering at Geteshead Technical College and later for Transport Studies at the University of London in England.

Graduate Education: Afolabi proceeded in 1982 to the United States for graduate programs. He attended SUNY Maritime College where he was awarded a Master of Science degree in Transportation Management in 1983. He proceeded to CUNY City College where he received a Master of Engineering (Civil) degree in 1987. He also attended Polytechnic University and graduated in 1993 with a Master of Science degree in Transportation Engineering. He completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Business Administration with specialization in Management of Engineering and Technology at North central University in June 2012.

Non-Ministerial Positions:  As an engineering graduate, he started work with the New York State Department of Transportation in 1989 as a Civil Engineer and was promoted as Senior Transportation Analyst in September 2003. To date, he has being working for the New York State Department of Transportation for a total of 25 years.

Conclusion: Having lived, studied and worked in Africa, Europe and America, Afolabi enthusiastically brings his global experience of international perspectives and knowledge into his services for God, for his communities, for his church and family.  Through the grace of God, he has received several recognition and numerous awards for his accomplishments and services to God from many religious organizations and communities.
